Beef/Turkey meat balls.

One package of lean ground beef
One package of ground turkey
1/2 envelope of onion soup mix
1/4 cup A1 sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
small handful of parsley leaves chopped

Mix the ingredients together. Form into small balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Line a bowl with paper towels. Move the meatballs onto the paper towels to let the excess fat go into the paper towels.

Super easy sauce:
Mix equal amounts of VH plum sauce with VH medium garlic sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs to coat while the meatballs are still warm. The flavor of the sauce will go into the meatballs better that way. This can be made the day ahead and then warmed up prior to serving.
