Our next meeting is Monday March 16th
Doors will open at 6:30 pm
Meeting will start at 7pm. End time 9pm.
Try to arrive early to help set up the room if you are able.
Our Guest will be Rita Solkin
She will give a talk on historical quilts. She owns a collection of work from the past 200 years! Some curiosities of the collection are a very early Chintz quilt that fits a modern King sized bed, an 1870’s UFO, a cigar flannel quilt, and a double wedding ring quilt hand-stitched from Fortrel!
We will have Sew, Show and Tell as usual. If you have an antique quilt, bring it along to show.
Wear your name tag.
There will be doorprizes.
There will be a Sharzees draw. ($2 per ticket)
No drinks are provided. Bring your own if you wish.
