Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
Easy Peasy Recipe from Ros

Ingredients
3 cups quality semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use Callebaut® chocolate chips from the Bulk section at Save-On)
1 cup nuts (optional---I use roasted pecan halves)
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Method
Line 8- or 9-inch pan with parchment paper (or foil).
Melt chocolate chips with condensed milk in heavy saucepan over low heat.  Stir in nuts.
Once melted, work quickly. Remove from heat and transfer to prepared pan, barely evening it out while it’s still melty.
Let sit till firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of paper. 
Cut into squares.
