Keep up the walks!

Now that the evenings are longer, it is easier to get out for an after dinner walk!

Track your time/steps walked and submit to Debbie so we can see how far we have walked collectively!

Remember, walking is a great way to improve your health!

At our March meeting, Debbie gave a report that we have tallied up a total of 4740 km to date. This would put us in Ottawa!
