Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip



Ingredients:

One 8 oz package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/4 cup light mayannaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried Oregano
2 Tblsp. chopped fresh Basil
salt and pepper to taste
one 14 oz can of artichokes drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen spinach defrosted and drained
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method:

Mix all ingredients together except the Mozzarella cheese. Put in an oven safe baking dish. Put Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.

Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
