Community Quilts- Our way of giving to the community!

The new year is here. That means our nine patch challenge will begin. All the details will be given by Donna M. at our January meeting.

This is not  a  mystery quilt with new instructions every month. All of the details of the nine patch challenge will be given at once. What would you would like to do for a community quilt?  It is up to you. You can join the challenge and make a nine patch quilt, make a quilt from a previous years' mystery quilt challenge, or do something completely different.

Sizing:

The size should be approx 36" square, 

Backing:

Cotton or flannel on the back, adult style fabrics, any pattern.

Labels and batting available no charge:

Please call Donna before the meetings if you wish her to bring labels or batting for you.

Our Goal: Come Share would like 30 quilts, and Residential Care can use all that we donate. This has been our commitment for many years!

If you have a preference to where your quilt will go, (Come Share, or Residential care) please attach a paper note stating where you would like it to be donated...if you don't, the quilts made from now until June will go to Residential Care.
