A clean workspace will help you feel great!

Does the thought of cleaning up a messy area of your house seem like a daunting task? Do you look at it day after day, putting it off because it seems like too much to tackle? 


Here is a handy tip: 

Pick a time for your tidying up each day. Try to make it the same time every day. Set a timer. Try 15 minutes. During this 15 minutes, you will do nothing else but clean this area up.

Do not allow yourself to be distracted by anything. No fabric distractions, no reading of books or magazines, no answering the phone.

For each item you pick up, ask yourself if you still need it. If the answer is yes, find a good place to put it. 

You will be surprised how much you will accomplish if you do this. Once your area is neat and tidy, you will feel so good about it!
